Starred Review:

Lost and Found

Without words and against stark white backdrops, a story unfolds about a kindhearted Indigenous girl and her unlikely friend. Trekking home alone over austere icy fields, the girl shares her warmth and freshly caught fish with a despondent polar bear. Themes of kindness and compassion shine through, warming hearts in the frozen north and encouraging children to take action, even if the only thing they have available to offer is a shoulder to lean on.
