Poets karla k. morton & Alan Birkelbach began this journey to celebrate our national parks’ hundredth anniversary, but the sojourns quickly became something greater. Their journey is lavishly illustrated with gorgeous color photographs of all America’s grand national parks, alongside poetry inspired from each park by these two award-winning poets laureate. This hardbound book is a feast for the eyes & heart. In the end, it's a plea for us to save these wonders for the next seven generations.
